The company is Situated 3KMs away from Kuttipuram Railway Station in Malappuram Dist. Kerala , India, along the National Highway nestling on the banks of the river Bharathapuzha in a scenic setting. The company was incorporated in the name and style “DIELECTRO MAGNETICS LIMITED” in the year 1974. In 1977, Keltron acquired the majority shareholdings of promoters and consequently the name of the company was changed to “KELTRON ELECTRO CERAMICS LIMITED” production of Disc Ceramic Capacitors was started during 1978 using NPL Technology. |

As a part of diversification, the company entered into the manufacture of custom built Transducers for NPOL and Indian Navy . |
